God and our free will

If God exists, why do we have so much suffering, hatred and wars on our planet?

This is a question I have heard many times and my answer is always:

Because we have free will - but there is a little more to say to understand it better:

Man was once created perfectly eons ago. Mind and body in absolute balance and perfection. Humans were aware of their God-given sovereign power and used it to build, to bless creation, to create truly wonderful things.

But in the course of the time of perfection, some people forgot where all the good actually came from and allowed themselves to be distracted - paying more attention to the outside than the inside. They allowed themselves to be clouded by their senses instead of being inspired by the spirit of God - and so the discord slowly crept into their consciousness, which continued to grow and deformed the once perfect image.

Since we are creator beings, the discord that manifested itself in the spirit of the masses also shaped itself in the outer world and deformed Mother Nature and animals.

Plagues, wars and natural disasters were the result - in different periods.

Of course, this was not God's will - but since God gave his children - us - free will, we had to experience these hard times because we brought them into existence ourselves.

The reason for all the suffering we are experiencing here on the planet is exactly the same as that of past times, of which I have just spoken. Time and again, after long periods of suffering, there have been so-called golden ages in which humanity has managed to climb the ladder of consciousness again and thus transform our world into euphony.

The last golden age is known to many and I'm sure many of you were there yourselves - the golden age of Atlantis and Lemuria.

Unfortunately, this also broke down - again due to the discord that the masses allowed into their consciousness. Powerful technologies were misused, with devastating consequences.

Well, now we have another chance - a chance to transform discord into euphony, worry into hope, hate into love. God and all the cosmic beings who are on God's side - who we can call our great brothers and sisters of light, are working ceaselessly to usher in the next golden age here on earth - but their hands are tied to some degree, until we, collectively, make a decision - until we, through our God-given free will, look again to our Creator and so create in unity with Him, allowing all His good gifts to flow again unhindered into our being and environment - allowing the Garden of Eden, the Earth, to blossom in an abundance and splendor never before seen and our consciousness to truly shine in the brilliance of God.
