The light tunnel in the cosmos

I decided to take a little afternoon nap. But before I did, I repeated various "I AM" phrases in my mind several times - so often that at some point I no longer really noticed them, but they repeated themselves automatically in my head.
What happened next exceeded all expectations...

I remember the feeling of being in two worlds at once.
The first scene was very emotional. I saw a beautiful ancient city in a valley surrounded by green mountains. Similar to Minas Tirith from Lord of the Rings. There was a special woman in the town with whom I had a connection. I had an intense feeling that I had once left my homeland and was now finally seeing it again! But there wasn't much time - I had to leave again. So I lay with one side of my head against a wall outside the city, with the strong thought: "I want to feel this again!" It was very emotional and I cried. Meanwhile, the scenes changed and I saw different places - my consciousness moved through different levels/memories and I saw it in vivid images. Then a sound started: "Woosh", and I was gone!

Now comes the interesting part:

I woke up but stayed lying down at first - I was just too relaxed. So I closed my eyes again and felt a kind of shift in consciousness. It felt like I was leaving my body and being teleported somewhere. Unlike any "body-leaving" feeling I've ever had. I heard a sound something like this: "Whomb Whomb". Perfectly shaped circles appeared, slowly coming towards me from the left side, in an ethereal green and blue. There was definitely "something" in each circle - like other little geometric shapes, but they were hard to make out.

The circles filled my vision and I suddenly saw stars everywhere - there was space everywhere - I was in outer space. It was gigantic! I remember a feeling of fear that suddenly set in, with the thought: "What if I fall?" - because it went infinitely far in all directions. I know... my worries were absolutely pointless, but they were there. I had to refocus to stay in this plane. Suddenly I was pulled into a tunnel.

The tunnel was made of light. I moved at a remarkable speed in all possible directions and saw all kinds of different worlds. The more I let go, the clearer my vision became. The speed was so fast, I have no comparison for it - and at this high speed I just saw so, so, so many worlds!!! At some points I merged with certain planets and for a second I saw more of that plane from a different perspective. But then I was sucked back into the tunnel.

I remember very well how suddenly a negative thought came into my consciousness "What if I get to a negative planet...", and as soon as I thought it, the planets in this tunnel changed to a rather dark color and atmosphere. I know... once again this worry was completely unnecessary, but it was there and manifested instantly! I asked the Ascended Master Saint Germain for protection and suddenly I saw a golden ball in the tunnel flying with me. Before I could explore more, I woke up...
